What is the RED Delegated Act?

Regulation (EU) 2022/30 makes articles 3.3 (d), (e) and (f) of the RED mandatory for connected radio equipment. It applies since 1 August 2025.

What is EN 18031?

The harmonised standards for those articles, parts 1, 2 and 3. Each requirement has a decision tree.

Can I self-assess my product?

Only if EN 18031 is applied in full and no RED restriction applies. REDact works it out.
