By downloading or utilising cetome REDact (the "Toolkit") provided by cetome, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Toolkit.

cetome grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Toolkit for internal business purposes, specifically to assist in achieving compliance with EN 18031 and the Radio Equipment Directive (RED).
You may modify the provided Excel and Word templates to fit your specific product needs. Redistribution of the Toolkit for commercial gain without explicit permission is prohibited.
03 — No Legal or Professional Advice
The Toolkit is designed as an assistant for compliance. While cetome strives for technical accuracy, the Toolkit does not constitute legal or formal certification advice.
- The final responsibility for conformity with EU RED requirements lies solely with the manufacturer.
- Use of this Toolkit does not guarantee approval by Notified Bodies or market surveillance authorities.
04 — Disclaimer of Warranties
The Toolkit is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. cetome does not warrant that the templates will meet all regulatory requirements for every product category.
05 — Modifications
cetome reserves the right to update or discontinue the Toolkit at any time to reflect changes in harmonised standards (EN 18031 series) or EU regulations.
